You can find more info about Intuitive Life Guidance on my website. WHAT IS TAI UP TO? Back in Colorado after a magnificent trip in France & the Netherlands! I feel so blessed to have been able to travel for 3 months and welcome my grandson into the world. It was a beautiful trip, the road trip in southern France was all about eating goat cheese and figs, lots of family dinners and visits. The Netherlands was busy, spent lots of time in Rotterdam, Delft and Amsterdam, pet sitting in exchange for free lodging, visiting museums and family. Became and expert at bike, bus, tram, metro and train hopping! And experienced deep fulfillment becoming a grandma... Feeling deeply fulfilled, clear and focused. My recent outer life experiences from exploring in Europe, connecting with family, to becoming a grandma has given me the clarity I needed for my future, for my shifting life phase, cleared up questions and visions, and what I value and want. (I can see myself living in the countryside of southern France... ;) And... back to Mexico for the winter Dec. 1st. In a nutshell, I would say my husband and I are adventurers... and we have consciously and intentionally created our lives to align with our love for adventure. For 7 years we had a 40' catamaran that we sailed in the Caribbean... then we followed our dreams and Mexico manifested as one of our adventures for the past 16 years. Now, spending the winter in Mexico will be wonderful, and... I feel a call to move on... I am listening, clearing the path, creating a vision! It’s important to understand both the benefits and limitations of the Yuen Method© when it comes to physical health. After years of working with clients, observing family experiences, and navigating my own healing journey, I’ve learned what this method can and cannot do for us.
UNDERSTANDING ITS ROLE. The Yuen Method© works on the energetic quantum levels. It can help shift blocked energy, clear stress, release the mental and emotional patterns, and so much more that contribute to imbalance. However, it does not diagnose, confirm or heal the 'truth' of a physical condition. A “strong”, "weak", or “neutral” energetic test doesn’t always reflect physical reality. True healing and clarity often require a combination of energetic work and practical steps — such as medical testing, professional evaluation, research, and lifestyle adjustments. WHY CAUTION AND BALANCE MATTER. I share this from personal experience: both my mother and sister passed away from physical conditions that were misread by energetic testing. And they chose not to seek medical evaluation. Even Dr. Kam Yuen, the founder of the method, eventually passed not simply from age but from physical causes that he was not able to clear. This taught me an essential lesson — the Yuen Method© is a powerful tool, but it must be used wisely and responsibly. For my own health, I’ve combined Yuen Method© work with in-depth research and practical healing. After three years of dealing with unknown mold toxicity and histamine intolerance, I have made significant progress. I matched my symptoms with online medical research guidance, and through diet, supplementation, and environmental changes I’ve eliminated symptoms like vertigo, numbness, rashes, nerve pain, anxiety, apathy, and brain fog — conditions that the Yuen Method© and medical doctors could not diagnose or resolve. HOW THE PROCESS WORKS. When we work together, we clear the layers of weakness that present themselves, yes its like peeling an onion. We most likely begin by addressing reactive energies, like worry, fear, stress. Then move deeper into subconscious limitations, and blockages. Even psychological, psychic and spiritual influences. We continue clearing through multiple layers to restore balance and homeostasis. This includes examining different areas of life and outer influences that may be blocking your bodies natural healing process. Then we check in. Is it working? THE BODY ULTIMATELY HEALS ITSELF. Dr. Kam Yuen emphasized that the body heals itself — not the practitioner. Our role is to clear the interference that prevents the body from doing its natural work. There are many cases of illness reversal following this process, yet it’s essential to remember: the Yuen Method© supports healing; it is not, by itself, a medical healing system. PAIN AND THE PHYSICAL BODY. Dr. Kam Yuen often focused on pain, and with good reason. Pain typically signals blockage, inflammation, or misalignment. As a chiropractor, he understood that stress and emotional tension often manifest physically. And his method often works to clear and reset these physical imbalances. Thus the Yuen Method© can be highly effective for structural and stress-related pain, especially when we work holistically — clearing from the mental and emotional levels first, and then into the physical. MOVING FORWARD WITH THE YUEN METHOD©. We use the Yuen Method© to release stress, confusion, and weakening influences: clearing what’s in the way so you can reconnect to balance and clarity. From there, we look at what your body and life truly need next. If your issue remains persistent, we strengthen your energy so you can make empowered decisions, whether that means seeking medical testing, making lifestyle changes, or exploring other supportive paths. Ultimately, the Yuen Method© becomes an ongoing support system — helping you re-balance when life’s mental, emotional, and physical challenges arise, and guiding you toward greater alignment and well-being. It is always shift for those of us who are still here when someone we know leaves their body. That shift has to do with our relationship to them, and even more our level of attachment to them. The shift is a transition. I am calling this newsletter THE TRANSITION for 2 reasons: to honor Kam Yuen, and to honor you on your path. The first transition is for this great master, teacher, healer, family man Kam Yuen; his soul's transition from his body has happened. I ask that we remember and honor him as a Caring Human Being, and as a Great Spirit and Soul who passed through and left us with a powerful gift. Thank you Kam Yuen. The second transition for is me, us, maybe you: that his passing leaves us thinking, feeling, processing, questioning life, death, the Yuen Method's future and more... What is sure is that it is honorable to care for another soul. Death is in the cycle of life. We have the power to stay centered and balanced. The gifts that Kam Yuen left us are innate. The Yuen Method is simply a way to access our abilities to use them. And Kam Yuen's mission was for every person on earth to learn the Yuen Method and free themselves and others of the imbalances that cause all the challenges, issues and dis-ease. So the Yuen Method lives on. How his mission unfolds is a gentle and kind process that will reveal itself naturally over the years. The innate connection to 'center' / midline is now automatic for me. I breath, connect and live from here. The Yuen Method, as a tool has taught me how get here. Here at the 'center', all is well, neutral, peaceful, balanced; as the mind, body and spirit are meant to be. I am grateful.
For you, I can apply the Yuen Method, methodically strengthen you to what is weak, off balance etc... so your mind, body and spirit reset to their original states of peace, homeostasis and joy. It all depends on how far you have let yourself go, and how able, willing and committed you are to shift your mind, body and spirit. And then... you must hold your center! From my experience, learning the basic tools and then allowing yourself to innately, naturally gravitate to center is the best use of the Yuen Method. It is based on the martial arts, bringing your energy to center, ultimately only you can hold it there. Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Kung Fu are good practices for that. Or the Yuen Method as your tool. | Other than hugging yak, I have been traveling to Mexico about once a month, my soul feels so at home there... I am now set up with great wifi for sessions in Mexico, at the co-working space down the road. My nephew graduates from high school this month and then begins his journey out into the great world... I'm free... I am looking forward to warmer weather in Boulder to go paddle boarding, hiking, dipping my feet in the river, and hanging in my hammock in nature, reading a book... | Greetings for the New Year With fire-works or new potentials?? In Boulder County, CO we had both... strength goes out to those that lost homes (over 900) in the Marshall Fire that swept over the land at over 90 miles per hour, Dec 30th... followed by blessed snow the next day. For the new potentials! At any time in space we can tap into and activate our energy to create new and heightened experiences. What does that mean again? With our focus on what you want to be experiencing, our work together is very powerful.
